Content: The course presents the Norwegian legal system and legislation emphasizing the Maritime Code, the Ship's Safety and Security Act and environmental regulation. Furthermore the ISM Code, marine insurance, the Accident Investigation Board (AIBN) and criminal investigation will be discussed thoroughly.
